- Hands-on experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and data management.

- Demonstrated skills in employee engagement to enhance job satisfaction and retention of the workforce.
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization's culture and roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to effectively source and select qualified candidates for various positions.
- Administer and oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster positive employee relations through conflict resolution and effective communication across departments.
- Maintain and update HRIS to manage employee records and generate necessary reports for decision-making.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify talent needs and collaborate with department heads to design effective talent management strategies.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and organizational culture.
- Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection to ensure recruitment objectives are met efficiently.
