Junior Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Translate design drawings into detailed technical construction documents for seamless execution, embodying our studio's poetic and human-centric design philosophy.
2. Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, ensuring their needs and ideas are reflected in every stage of the design process.
3. Coordinate with vendors to obtain material quotations and maintain alignment with the design vision.
4. Develop project schedules and follow up regularly with the site supervisor to keep projects on track.
5. Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to design standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2. Proficient knowledge of architectural standards, engineering practices, building codes, and blueprint interpretation.
3. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with site engineers, contractors, and construction personnel.
