Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist ( Non Technical Recuritment) to join the team at Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position tailored for individuals with up to six years of experience. Candidates having minimum 3 Years of Experience can apply. The role is pivotal in sourcing and hiring talent that will contribute to our cybersecurity objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains skilled professionals while developing strategies to enhance our recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruiting with up to six years in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong ability in candidate sourcing with proven methods and techniques (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in recruiting with a focus on information technology and specifically cybersecurity roles (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding and experience in conducting and coordinating interviews effectively.
- Proficiency in offer negotiations to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships within the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for open positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and communicate with candidates to ensure a successful hiring process.
- Develop and update job descriptions that align with company needs and industry standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process ensuring new hires are well-integrated and informed.
- Maintain and enhance recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Preference of Candidate
- Candidates having Experience of Hiring Sales / Backoffice / Technical Support would be preferred.
- Head Hunting experience would be added advantage.
- Candidate with education in HR would be preferred.
- Candidate having less then or 30 days notice period would be entertained for interview.
