Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Sales

• Counsel students and parents about NEET/JEE courses and batches.
• Handle inbound inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct home visits/demos if required to explain course offerings.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Maintain strong follow-ups for lead conversion.
• Build long-term relationships with students and guardians.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.
• Share daily/weekly reports with the team.
• Coordinate with academic, sales, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in counselling/admissions (EdTech preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good convincing ability and student-first attitude.
• Comfortable with field/home counselling if needed.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Strong local knowledge of Lucknow and nearby areas.

Good to Have:

• Experience counselling for NEET/JEE or K-12 segments.
• Prior experience in student walk-in centers.
• Confidence and clarity in handling objections or parent queries.
