Job Description

The role holder enables Learning & Development programs of Nayara Energy with specific emphasis on driving professional effectiveness programs

This role falls under Learning and Development Management (L&D) within Corporate HR. It reports to the Head of L&D.

Accountabilities

ACTIVITIES

Professional effectiveness

  • This role focusses on ensuring measurable learning outcomes, driving organization effectiveness and fostering a continuous learning and development.


Program Design and Development

  • Curating program as per the need and eveloping it to enhance skills.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure programs align with organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Leverage emerging technologies to design scalable and engagaing learning solutions


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business partners, department heads and leadership teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
  • Act as trusted advisor stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for professional development.


Building a learning culture

  • Championing a learning culture by promoting programs, campaigns and events to raise awareness


L&D Budget and Governance

  • Prepare the annual functional L&D budget under supervision from Head – L&D
  • Ensure governance and control of budget items through the year
  • Be the L&D team SME for SOP/DOA/Governance/Policy related topics on learning and development areas


Qualifications

  • SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE


Educational Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university or institute with MBA


Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years Of Experience

4-6 years of experience, with significant time spent in learning and digital learning practices
