Location- Adgaon Nashik

School Timing- 8:30 am- 3:30 am

Qualification- BA (Special Education), B.Ed

Experience- Minimum 2 years

Salary- Maximum 40,000

Job Responsibilities for reference

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
• Adapt general education curriculum to meet the needs of students with disabilities
• Use a variety of instructional techniques and assistive technologies
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to support student success
• Monitor and assess student progress; maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage classroom behavior using positive behavioral supports
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Valid teaching license/certification in Special Education (required)
• Masters degree in Special Education (preferred)
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities, including learning, emotional, and developmental disorders
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, learning assessments, and behavioral intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs
