Job Purpose
Drive to improve the network KPIs for all RAN and access transport including MW technology, Spares management, Alarm rectification, Corrective & Preventive maintenance & Liasoning with IP Vendors. Ensure upkeep of required tools for operation.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
1.Tracking Network Uptime and running improvement Program to improve RNA MOM/WOW. 2.Improvement in critical network hygiene parameters to improve CXX. 3.Ensure to keep Sites Outage >5 times in last 30 days: reduction by 50% of baseline 4.SDI reduction (<10-minute outage sites): Reduce by 50% of baseline 5.R&R Cycle improvement , Active/MW Fault reduction and RNP rate reduction. 6.Weekly infra Interlock with IP on (SDI & FF & 7.Ensuring GPM of all sites twice in a year, AT of all new sites & 10% sites physically validation on field. 8.Coordination & Strong follow-up with Fiber team to close open TT within short time. 9.Weekly Interlock & follow-up with fiber team on ring closer for linear routes or freqquent failing routes. 10.D-1 Outage report Validation , analysis on Major incident outages & reduction plan. 11.Opex Saving Activities – ID to OD Conversion,Site Relocation, SDH removal from mobility POP,Loading Correction of site equipment, MW Repeater/Shelter consolidation,Strategic to normal conversion. 12.Optimization / Diesel consumption reduction Monthly Provisioning and Dismantling inputs sharing with IP for proper billing. 13.Locked sites reduction & Relocation planned sites discussion along with TOCO & Planning. 14.WFM KPIs and Other Network KPIs improvement drive by COG/Circle need to accomplish within given timeline.
