What We Are Looking For

• Working Experience with System Administration with RHEL/ Debian/ Suse/ Ubuntu/ CentOS/ AmazonLinux.
• Experience with Networking and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SFTP, Routing, Switching, traceroute, Tcpdump, Wireshark).
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting Experience on Linux Server Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Nagios.
• Experience in Python/GO and Bash.
• Major focus on Linux administration and should be able to collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.
• Implement Linux and Cloud systems with automation tools Cloud and traditional application architecture design, planning, assessment, and remediation around monitoring, operations, backups, logging, security, administration, disaster recovery, high availability, configuration management, automation, performance, capacity planning, patching etc.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining Web Servers like Apache, Nginix, Tomcat, Gunicorn.
• Managing Security Protocols/Services/Tools - SSH, SSL, IPchains, IPtables, TCP Wrappers.
• Work experience in cPanel, web based hosting control panel.
• Good to have knowledge of Mysql/PgSql/Mongo/ database server setup, configuration, tuning, database recovery, backup and restore databases.
• Hands on experience of web tools like WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Drupal, PHP.
• Daily operations to be taken care and should provide a quality support, making sure their service is up and running 24x7.
• The candidate should be ready to work round the clock (day and night shifts).
• We are looking for a highly skilled support engineers to be part of Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services team for our delivery organization.
  
  

Requirements

Preferable Qualifications:

Graduation/Masters/Diploma with Computer Science.

Basic to good knowledge about AWS.

Redhat Linux Certification (RHCE).

Experience with 24*7 infrastructure operations teams
