What you’ll do

As a member of our team, you will:

• Own product strategy and execution for key modules, grounded in customer needs and business outcomes
• Write detailed, AI-assisted PRDs to guide engineering and design teams — blending precision with speed
• Own product delivery with engineering — ensuring high-quality, timely releases Champion a clear point of view on product direction through user research, market understanding, and data
• Collaborate across functions to build alignment and excitement — including sales, CS, and marketing
• Support client-facing teams by equipping them with product knowledge, objection handling, and messaging
• Define and track product success metrics; use insights to prioritize iterations Own UX copy and knowledge base content, using AI tools to accelerate and refine customer communication
• Collaborate with product marketing to create impactful, customer-facing assets Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype ideas or simulate workflows, enabling faster validation during product discovery
  
  
  

What you will need

• 5 years of product management experience with a strong track record in SaaS
• High ownership mindset and bias for action in ambiguous situations
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback from cross-functional partners and users
• Deep empathy for users, paired with analytical rigor and product intuition
• Sharp eye for design and UX; experience working closely with design teams
• Ability to manage timelines and projects without needing top-down oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication — crisp, clear, and customer-aligned
• Comfort using AI tools for prototyping, content generation, and insight synthesis to accelerate the product development process
• Familiarity with AI/ML products or experience working with data science teams is a strong plus
