We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Design and implement effective performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement and recognition through various programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce employee turnover and maintain a stable workforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Partner with senior management to provide HR expertise and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics to track progress and identify trends.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR management role, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
