Consultant Programs

Reporting to the State Director, the Consultant (Programs) will liaise with the National Health Mission (NHM) and related departments in areas of strengthening technical partnerships, joint planning, program activation, pilot scale‑up, and approvals. The candidate will (i) facilitate operational strengthening of health facilities, including First Referral Units, and contribute to government workshops and reviews; (ii) along with IHAT colleagues, represent IHAT in official forums, translate government priorities into actionable support, and (iii) manage documentation across programmes compliance, reporting, and knowledge outputs. The candidate will also produce meeting minutes, briefs, concept notes, presentations, and reports to ensure clear internal/external communication and support leadership in ongoing initiatives.
