Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Understanding of RESTful web services and APIs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience/knowledge with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum
  • Familiarity with Git version control
  • Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Understanding of software development principles and best practices
