Job Purpose

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for 2 Wheeler Loan products
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures
