Job Description:

We are seeking a Webflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Webflow. This job role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in web design and development while working closely with our experienced developers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain Webflow websites based on client or internal requirements.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring their designs to life.
• Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility of all websites.
• Work closely with the team to troubleshoot, test, and optimize websites.
• Implement SEO best practices and website performance improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow features and web development trends.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Use frameworks like Client-First and MAST Framework to develop pixel perfect designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1-3 year of experience working with Webflow.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS for building and customizing layouts.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and jQuery for adding interactivity to websites.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality websites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with CMS integration in Webflow.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience with Client First/ Lumos/ MAST framework for projects.
• Knowledge of working with tools like Figma / Adobe XD
• Animations experience using CSS, and JS libraries like Barba.js, GSAP etc.
