Human Resources (HR) Executive in Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, promotions, and exits
• Maintain and regularly update HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally
• Monitor and maintain employee records and HRMS systems
• Design and conduct training & development programs
• Oversee payroll processing and leave management
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities
• Support management in strategic planning with HR insights and data
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (EPF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
