Principal Developer (ServiceNow) - #941571
- This role is part of Gen Information Technology unit is instrumental in the designing, implementation maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
What You Will Do in This Role
Primarily responsible for development within ServiceNow platform and drive digital transformation focused on automation and employee experience
Drive and deliver ServiceNow integrations using Web Services, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), Spokes
To be able to create test cases for functional, regression testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing, and perform integration testing.
Work on ServiceNow support and maintenance activities.
Research, perform analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform
Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies while development and deployment of new features
Secondary responsibility is to work with business in capturing requirements, highlight challenges, solve problems, drive efficiency and automation using ServiceNow platform and related technologies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate customer requirements through written documentation.
What You ll Need to be Successful in this Role
BE - Computer Science/ MCA or related field or equivalent experience
Strong experience working on ServiceNow products: IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Virtual Agent, Asset Management, Custom Development, Integration Hub, CMDB and Discovery etc
Minimum 6-9 years experience in ServiceNow Development
ServiceNow Certified Application developer preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
Understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
Experienced working within an Agile/Scrum environment
