  • This position is responsible for managing the accuracy, utilization, and resourcing for our Email Production Services team
  • The Manager oversees day-to-day operations for their team and clients, ensuring best practices are being followed
  • You will support the teams to gather and organize information, build and deploy email campaigns, manage the production calendar and resource allocations, and the like
  • Our managers act as subject matter experts on email campaign and web production operations and apply best practices and learnings to continually improve results
  • The position is responsible for escalated issues working with various cross functional teams in resolving complex client campaign issues

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Interview, hire, and develop direct report employees.
  2. Allocate activities to Campaign Management Services team. Ensure that responsibilities and accountability of all team members are defined and understood.
  3. Develop and implement Campaign Management processes to increase and improve client satisfaction.
  4. Develop and utilize quality assurance procedures.
  5. Develop, document and deliver annual reviews and career development goals.
  6. Work with internal departments to manage client issues, assess impact, and develop solutions.
  7. Exercise discretion and independent judgment in communicating and resolving issues.
  8. Manage details of multiple client issues simultaneously.
  9. Produce reports and analyze client satisfaction results. Perform analytics, establish regular analysis process, and create benchmarks to identify trends or issues.
  10. Streamline processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  1. Bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
  2. 13 + years of previous, relevant work experience is required.
  3. Previous experience in a leadership role is required.
  4. Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  5. Ability to successfully manage a team of associates and multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong project management, organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  7. Ability to recognize inefficiencies in processes and design solutions to address these issues.
  8. Ability to apply judgment in problem solving client situations and scope of communication with client.
  9. Must be able to display a high degree of professionalism when dealing with external contacts and internal departments.
  10. Ability to build and sustain trust among customers and colleagues.
  11. Position will follow the Blended US/India Holiday calendar
