We are seeking a dedicated and visionary individual with experience in both healthcare and travel tourism to join us as a Co-Founder, leading the sales and operations functions of our innovative medical travel startup based in New Delhi. As a key member of the founding team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence of our venture.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

1. Devote your full energy and expertise to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at driving revenue growth and market penetration in the medical travel sector.

2. Utilize your experience in travel tourism to identify and capitalize on opportunities to attract international clients seeking medical treatments abroad, leveraging your network and industry insights.

3. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, doctors, and medical associations, to expand our network and service offerings.

4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and differentiate our offerings in the market.

5. Establish ambitious sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team, and provide hands-on guidance, mentorship, and support to drive continuous improvement and achievement of business objectives.

Operations Excellence:

1. Allocate substantial time and effort to oversee all aspects of the operational workflow, from client inquiry to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients.

2. Utilize your experience in travel tourism to optimize operational processes, systems, and procedures, drawing on best practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.

3. Lead the recruitment, training, and development of the operations team, investing heavily in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

4. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation in service delivery.

5. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in healthcare, travel, and business operations, allocating resources and attention to mitigate risks and safeguard the companys reputation.

Strategic Leadership:

1. Dedicate significant time and effort to collaborate closely with the CEO and other co-founders to define the companys vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals, and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

2. Play an active role in fundraising activities, investor meetings, and strategic partnerships, investing substantial time and resources to secure funding, resources, and strategic alliances to support the companys growth and expansion.

3. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, investing significant time and effort to raise awareness, build relationships, and position the company as a thought leader and innovator in the medical travel space.

4. Stay deeply engaged with emerging trends, technologies, and market developments in the medical travel industry, investing time and effort to drive innovation and differentiation in our service offerings to stay ahead of the competition.

5. Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, creativity, and excellence within the organization, investing heavily in inspiring and empowering team members to contribute their best and achieve their full potential.

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in sales and operations leadership roles, with at least 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare, medical tourism, or travel industry.

3. Experience in travel tourism will be highly preferred, with demonstrated expertise in sales, operations, and business development in the travel sector.

4. Strong understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and quality management in service-oriented industries, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

5. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, disruption, and creating value in fast-paced startup environments.

6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

7. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, analytical acumen, and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

8. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complexity, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market dynamics.

9. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, particularly languages spoken in key target markets.

10. Willingness to invest maximum time and resources, including travel domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
