KRA :

  • Sales Targets Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and revenue growth.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge : Possess and continually enhance in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Sales Funnel Management : Efficiently manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and effective sales process.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Effective Communication Skills : Demonstrate strong communication skills in presenting product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Timely Reporting : Provide regular and accurate sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
