  • Comfortable working on high visibility quoting projects with high deal value.

  • Accountable for the delivery of their daily SLAs, weekly performance, quarterly reviews, and yearly ratings.

  • Adaptive to work on new projects, the projects would be complex in nature and may have to deal with the project independently with less supervision.

  • Proficient in documentation and should take the lead in the documentation of new processes/projects in a structured manner.

  • Proficient in quickly grasping new concepts and skillfully handling a variety of dynamic projects and tasks, adept at delivering speedy resolutions.

  • Reviewing processes and should have the vision to amend processes for better results and work independently.

  • Review complex processes and break them into simple steps and identify systems and products that may require improvement.

  • Experience working in roles that demanded precision, an eye for detail, clear communication, and healthy relationship building to deliver the operational deliverables timely.

  • Strong communication and the ability to articulate a complex problem in simple language to make it easy to understand for cross-functional projects, IT, and other related departments.

  • May be required to get on calls with sales representatives, internal, or external partners to define quoting or deal requirements.

  • Works closely with their manager, lead, and other team members on ideation, simplification, and optimization of the processes.

  • Needs to possess the qualities to effectively persuade and align with key stakeholders across legal, product, and other teams, ensuring successful delivery on commitments.

  • Requires 5-7 years of hands-on expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), deal management, funnel optimization, and intricate quoting methodologies.

  • Encouraged to proactively show willingness in aiding team members, whether within or outside the immediate team, by readily offering assistance whenever required.

  • Looking for a team-oriented individual with certifications in coaching methodologies and a strong grasp of Scrum or Agile methodologies.

  • May be required to work under delegated responsibilities from senior management, leadership, or program managers to manage large projects.

  • Requires a minimum of 2-3 years experience within a product or SaaS-based organization.
