Role Summary: As a TGT Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the academic and developmental direction of the Mathematics department. Your role will not only involve teaching but also leading the department towards achieving higher educational standards in line with CBSE/IGCSE curriculums. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Mathematics department, developing curriculum and teaching strategies that align with current educational standards and practices.
  
• Implement innovative teaching methods to engage students deeply in the study of Mathematics.
  
• Evaluate and assess student progress, providing feedback that encourages academic excellence.
  
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school administration about student progress and departmental initiatives.
  
• Serve as a mentor and leader to fellow educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.
  
• Maintain and develop departmental records, including curriculum plans, lesson materials, and assessments.
  
• Spearhead professional development initiatives within the department, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  

• Screening Process:
  

• Assessment of deep subject matter expertise in Mathematics through a comprehensive written test.
  
• Evaluation of language and communication skills via a reading test conducted through the Teams app.
  
• Demonstration of leadership qualities and team management skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, evidenced by a typing speed of at least 30 WPM and experience in creating PowerPoint presentations, assessed through a Speed Test app.
  
• Established capability to assume the role of Head of Department (HOD), including excellent presentation skills and experience in content writing.
  
• Proven track record in reputable CBSE/IGCSE schools.
  
• A demonstration session showcasing teaching methodology, curriculum development skills, and ability to engage and inspire students.
