Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent form an institute of repute recognized by UGC.
Required Experience (Incl. no. of years) / Exposure.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in the Construction industry as QAQC professional with a proven track record.
Execute and monitor quality system on time including QC procedures and plans for the project
• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site contracts/sub-contractors
• Coordinate all receipt inspections
• Verify that the quality related activities are in accordance with the applicable codes, standards and
approved specifications
• Perform the QC activities for implementations of Quality controls measures and systems for
respective area
• Coordinate all the quality inspections through the site QC inspections
• Compile and complete all quality control documentations
• Prepare and submit all non conformance reports and approve & inspect remedial actions
• Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals
• Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues
• Coordinate and participate QA/QC site meetings with the projects contractors QC personnel
4. Key Success factors along with matrices
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
• Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are updated regularly.
