We are looking for a SeniorSoftware Engineer - Java+ Angular to join our Derwent Innovation team in Bangalore.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor/master's degree in computer science or related field).
Minimum 4 years of experience developing web-based applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL Server, and related technologies.
Experience with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
Experience in writing Unit test cases.
Good understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Working knowledge of VCNs e.g., GIT, SVN etc.
It would be great if you also have,
Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
Exposure to Docker, and Linux is a plus.
What will you be doing in this role
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain unit integration tests that are part of an automated continuous integration pipeline.
Work closely with other stakeholders (e.g., QA, Product, UX, Devops) to release high-quality software.
Participate in group improvement activities and initiatives to improve process and product quality in pursuit of excellence. Collaborate with on-and-off site teams.
Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, and production.
About the Team
The Technology team supporting Derwent Innovation is primarily based out of Bangalore. Our Tech Stack includes, Angular, Java, Spring, Oracle DB, Postgress, Power BI, etc.We are in cloud native that includes EC2, S3, etc.
Teams are exposed to the world of patent intelligence which relies on being able to navigate and search huge volumes of highly detailed data.Our Technology squads get the chance to focus on a single customer problem/mission.We work collaboratively with oursquads to generate solutions and design the technical approaches.We receive a constant stream of customer feedback and KPI results via the product manager.

Hours of Work
It is Full-time job and team is in IST zone. Other stakeholders are majorly in USEST time zone.
