Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Academic Counselor to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic journey. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India with a focus on helping students achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Academic Counselor or a similar role
• Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in academic counseling
• In-depth knowledge of educational systems and academic requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using counseling tools and software

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide academic counseling and guidance to students to help them select the right courses and programs
• Assist students in understanding the academic requirements and regulations
• Help students set clear academic goals and develop effective study plans
• Monitor and track students academic progress and offer support when needed

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success
