• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our displays are innovative and competitive.
• Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of display materials and props.
• Maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials and manage budgets for display-related expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all visual merchandising activities.
