- Basic of Heat & Mass balance, chemical Reaction, MSDS, NFPA
- Unit Operation/Unit Processes (Filtration, Distillation, Absorption, Drying, Leaching etc.)
- Understanding of Trouble Shooting, RCA, Pareto analysis, Power point presentation
- PFD, P&ID, Equipment drawing and Lay out drawing
- PLC/DCS Operation, Trend Analysis, Logic interpretation, Aspen? Historian know-how
- Communication skill, Manpower handling & Emergency handling
- Basic Condition Monitoring Awareness about 5S/WCM/Operational Excellence
- Experience in Fibre / Polymer Industry will be an added advantage
- Around 5 plus year experience is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP
- Consumption ratio monitoring.
