Why this job matters
The role holder is a 2nd Line IT End User Compute 3rd line support expert who will enable and ensure the support and delivery of end user support area as part of the overall EMS Technical Services remit. This remit includes 2nd line support to underpin the shared services support model, consultancy to internal and external customers, design assurance and training & knowledge sharing with upstream support teams.

- MS Office / Outlook / desktop apps
- Mobile Device Management inc RMG PDA Support (Airwatch / Intune / Mobile Iron)
- Linux/Unix Administration experience
- Office 365
- Patching/Deployment of OS server or desktop or both / Applications (SCCM, Shavlik etc.)
- AV Management (McAfee, Sophos, Trend)
- Build Management
- VDI / Citrix Deployments
- Desktop Application Packaging and Deployment
- Collaboration Skype For Business, Teams, SharePoint, Workspace
- Office 365 - Client Management (User Facing)
- Office 365 Client Suite
- Teams / SharePoint
Preferred Certificaions:
MCSA/MCSE ,RHCE , Citrix, MS O365, AWS/ Azure
