- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for a variety of liability products, including savings accounts, current accounts, debit cards, credit cards, and wealth management solutions.
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through various channels, including attending industry events, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify suitable financial solutions for individual and business customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear product explanations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns.
- Build strong relationships with branch staff to ensure seamless product sales and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the bank's CRM system.
- Participate in product training programs and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum Fresher to 4 years of experience in sales and Marketing in any domain.
- Strong understanding of retail liability products and their benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
