After that need to report at our office. Key Requirements: ICON Generating lead from Cold Calling. ICON Collecting reference from enquiries. ICON Play the role of assistant to managers of different departments and complete assigned tasks. ICON Communicate with clients, candidates and vendors closing deals. ICON Bid on marketing projects and try bringing projects. ICON Act as a helping hand to administrative tasks like maintaining files and documents. Skills and Abilities: ICON Candidates should have good communication in English. ICON Should have interest in taking responsibilities in various organizational aspects. ICON Must be a good decision-maker. Other Requirements: ICON Candidates from Siliguri, North Bengal will be preferred. Interview Process: 1st Round: Written Test comprising logical, reasoning and English. 2nd Round: Interview Round. 3rd Round: HR Round.
