Job Purpose/Summary

As a Junior Accountant at Atyantik Technologies, you'll play a critical role in maintaining our

financial health through meticulous management of invoices, cash flow, and daily financial

operations. This position is instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial records,

compliance with tax regulations, and efficient handling of client and internal financial

transactions.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• Invoice and Payment Management:
• Proactively raise and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Diligently follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients

• Accurately record and reconcile invoice payments, ensuring all transactions are
  
  

correctly mapped.

• Cash and Expense Management:
• Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions, accurately tracking all
  
  

expenditures.

• Maintain comprehensive records of daily expenses, ensuring adherence to
  
  

budget allocations.

• Process expense entries, verifying all transactions against budgetary guidelines.
• Financial Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records and asset registers.
• Coordinate with external accounting services, like CA offices, for GST and TDS
  
  

payments, ensuring timely compliance with all tax formalities and regulations.

• Operational and Administrative Support:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including monthly and annual
  
  

accounts.

• Support the finance department in financial audits and implementing audit
  
  

recommendations.

• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and improve
  
  

reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CMA certification advantageous.
