• Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in handling complex technical (PHP) development concepts, latest software tools, and technologies.
• Strong database (MySQL) concepts and designing techniques.
• Familiarity with programming languages (PHP, Android, iOS) for problem-solving in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of software systems, client/server architectures, and microservice architecture.
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes, and implementing client requirements.
• Proficient in managing code versioning using Gitlab and POC development for new tech integration.
• Management Skills:
• Effective communication with teams and clients.
• Understanding project requirements, coordinating resources, and directing projects in a timely manner.
• Managing change and passing on information to concerned teams for smoother execution.
• Delegating responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end-to-end.

Education And Experience

• BE/B.Tech/MCA in engineering required.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Good to have AWS certification.
