Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • OPERATIONS ROLE
    • Work independently on all commercial topics within the scope of the commercial order execution/PM process.
    • Ensure that the process for execution post hand over from sales is followed.
    • Interact/ Co-ordinate with various internal stake holders (OM, SCM, Exim, GBS etc.) and external stakeholders (Customer, PCC, Freight Forwarders etc.) to ensure forecasts are achieved.
    • Knowledge of factory controlling related topics, Calculation of Man hour/ Machine hour rates.
    • Carry out tasks of Invoicing, Payment follow ups, Drs adjustments, creation of provisions etc. (Operations related)
    • Ensure compliance with all internal / external rules & regulations like LOA, DOA, ICFR, SFRG, Tax, ECC, hedging etc.
    • Act as an enabler to the technical execution/sales colleagues by providing timely information and accurate data backed analysis.
    • Co-ordinating with various overseas PCC's for ensuring timely execution of orders and reliability of forecast.
    • Should be inclined to take up special projects other than the routine activities to improve the process & deliverables.
    • Manage order financial based on contractual development and risk situation – ensure accuracy of cost, pricing & cash flow of the order post hand over to execution team.
  • CONTROLLING ROLE
    • Support the Operations management in various accounting and controlling activities
    • Complete controlling function for Operations segment including Monthly Forecasting / Budgeting and monitoring.
    • Yearly Budget workings.
    • Monitoring of Order Entry, OCC reports, Provisions, Revenue, EBIT, NCE & FCF, Service Center controlling. Analyzing the variances/deviations.
    • Detailed analysis of COPA, P&L and NCE and taking corrective actions on the same.
    • Monitoring and controlling of inventory/UBC and ensuring same is maintained at optimum levels.
    • Handling of internal audits/external statutory audits/ICFR requirements.
    • Interaction with HQ colleagues and respond and ensure timely closure to their queries.
    • Support in the yearly re-org activities for the segment.
    • Monitoring of cost saving measures (PUMA) and NCC's.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

  • 5-6 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling and Factory operations combined with knowledge in Service/Product/Systems industry.
  • CA/CWA preferred.
  • Confident, assertive, result oriented with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English.
  • Manufacturing/Service industry experience with knowledge of import & exports will be beneficial.
