Purpose of the role

Talent Partner is responsible for partnering with business for execution of the talent charter. Their

role focuses on impactful Associate engagement, elevating Associate experience, seamless

execution of people processes and driving programs and initiatives. Lead the planning and

seamless execution of establishing a new company location. As Location HR, they will also be

responsible for HR operations and will program manage Employee health and Safety programs

and implement EHS standards / audits, ensure emergency preparedness & BCM support, along

with driving the Location leadership council.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Location set up: Standing up a new office location, ensuring seamless

integration, collaborating with cross functional teams to assess HR needs, co-develop

and implement a plan for the setup phase and ensuring compliance with local labour

laws and regulations.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gauge Associate satisfaction.

Serve as a first point of contact for Associate concern and grievances and address

any issues promptly.

  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyse HR metrics to assess effectiveness

of HR programs. Prepare regular reports and presentations for Leaders to inform

decision making.

  • Ensure adherence to EHS standards and requirements, manage, and enhance the

capabilities of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Oversee emergency

preparedness initiatives, while ensuring HR perspectives are integrated.

  • Plan and execute location-based programs, events and celebrations fostering a

positive work environment.

  • Support Business Continuity Management activities, developing and maintaining plans

for business continuity.

  • Represent HR in both Internal and External certification audits, ensuring alignment

with established standards. Participate, showcase compliance, own and close audit


  • Collaborate with the Location Leadership Council, provide HR insights and support

strategic initiatives.

  • Address and manage misconduct, disciplinary, and performance issues at the

location, in collaboration with ER team.

  • ‘Smart Work’ governance with timely Reporting and enablement working with various


  • Drive the talent charter, engagement calendar, celebration events and evangelize

life cycle processes and collaborate with leaders to understand pulse of the floor and

formulate an action plan to enhance employee engagement.

  • Manage and co-ordinate executive visits, ensuring seamless logistical arrangements,

and itinerary planning ensuring a productive experience.

  • Undertake ad hoc responsibilities, including delivering value-added support to

stakeholders. Generating comprehensive reports, creating, and managing

dashboards, deriving inferences from data, to drive organizational efficiency.
