You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions based in Ahmedabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for planning and ensuring execution of division, business unit or pr sales strategy for assigned area, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems, or services in a profitable way.

Your responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies for local businesses together with local division management and ensuring alignment with marketing managers
  • Optimizing market coverage by geography, channels and product lines
  • Providing input and agreeing on local pricing strategy both for product lines and for specific projects
  • Driving strategic partnerships with key accounts, developing personal relations with customer’s top management
  • Participating and leading large or critical negotiations with internal and external customers
  • Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for individual sales opportunities

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in selling MV switchgear products in Gujarat region
  • Basic technical knowledge of ELDS portfolio (MV switchgear, RMUs, CSS, E-houses etc.)
  • Knowledge of SCADA, RTUs or any other cloud platform preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
