About The Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process. You will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and assessing candidates to ensure we maintain a talented and diverse workforce. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, allowing you to develop essential skills in HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and updating job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Utilize various online channels, including social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and Behance, to source potential candidates.
  • Craft engaging recruiting emails to entice passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate and administer assessments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
  • Advertise job openings on our careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internally.
  • Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate job offer negotiations and address candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to anticipate and address future hiring needs.
  • Act as a consultant to new hires, assisting with their onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR recruitment or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.

  • Knowledge of various online recruitment channels and platforms.
  • Comfortable with team management responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development.

Background

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
