Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting goals, developing plans, and implementing strategies to expand our client base and increase sales. This role requires strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Utilize extensive experience in Digital Marketing for effective sales strategies.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Zoom-info to engage potential clients at CXO-level positions.
  • Possess marketing knowledge about Shopify, Woo-commerce, SEMrush, B2B, B2C, and C2C.
  • Develop, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Understand clients' business models, goals, and needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Create proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Meet or exceed individual quarterly revenue goals aligned with the agency’s annual revenue goals.
  • Implement outbound sales techniques for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, setting clear targets.
  • Set strategic goals and plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
  • Pursue leads through the sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Manage outbound lead sources to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence for outreach and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Possess in-depth market knowledge relevant to the business domain.
  • Take ownership of building new business sources for the organization.


General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels including SEM, SMM, SEO, PPC, marketplaces, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for both existing and prospective client meetings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
