Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews with managers
• Source and screen candidates according to job requirements
• Understand job descriptions and candidate qualifications
• Conduct telephonic screening of CVs
• Interact with candidates and schedule interviews
• Handle data management using MS Office
• Utilize cold calling and email strategies for hiring
