Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, providing them with detailed information about our educational services offered by Microtec Education Services.
• Lead Generation: Engage in persuasive conversations to generate leads, set appointments, and drive interest in our programs.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the needs of potential customers and recommend suitable educational programs that align with their goals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, and sales activities to ensure efficient follow-up and data management.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with potential customers to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Microtec Education Services.
• Information Update: Stay updated with the latest information about educational programs and offerings to provide accurate and current details to customers.
