Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation for passengers, adhering to traffic rules and regulations set by Akne Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct regular checks to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by being courteous and professional with all passengers.
• Accurately manage and document daily driving logs and other required records.
• Assist passengers with their luggage and any special needs they may have during their journey.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers promptly and professionally.
• Keep updated on local routes and traffic conditions to optimize travel time.
• Ensure timely refueling and servicing of the vehicle as per company guidelines.
• Report any accidents or vehicle malfunctions immediately to Akne Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Follow company protocols and policies to ensure a smooth operational process.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a taxi driver or in a similar driving role.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations in Thrissur.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse passenger needs professionally.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues as needed.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Basic communication skills in English and Malayalam.
