As an Sales Development Representative at Fantacode, you will be on the front lines of our outbound sales efforts, driving new business opportunities for our enterprise SaaS product Feebak. Your primary responsibility will be to run cold outbound campaigns targeting Prospects and Partners through highly personalized email and LinkedIn outreach, progressively adding calls to the mix. You will craft and manage A/B tested sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, track metrics daily, and eventually nurture leads from our Partner Portal database in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, results-driven role suited for someone who enjoys experimenting, learning, and building scalable outbound systems from scratch.


What You Will Be doing

  • Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Designing and managing A/B tested outbound sequences
  • Maintaining CRM data and tracking outreach metrics consistently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to nurture leads from the Partner Portal
  • Reporting insights and continuously optimizing outreach strategies


What Skills You Should Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent research and personalization ability
  • Basic understanding of outbound sales workflows
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRMs
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
