Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Agency Business Development Manager located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining relationships with health agencies, and negotiating and closing deals within the health insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in the health insurance sector
• Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
