Role Description

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to drive our performance marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll develop comprehensive strategies, execute campaigns across digital channels, and deliver marketing excellence for clients worldwide, focusing on e-commerce, lead generation, and branding campaigns. You'll have opportunities to lead strategic projects while collaborating with our performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis
• Create and implement effective communication plans
• Analyze campaign performance data and optimize accordingly
• Drive continuous improvement in performance marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
• Expertise in Programmatic or native ads is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
• Excellence in copywriting and strategic communication
• Proven experience in market research and analysis
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with excellent teaching and mentoring abilities

Preferred Experience

• E-commerce campaign management
• Lead generation campaign expertise
• Digital marketing strategy development in B2B/B2C environments
