Job Requirements

Key responsibilities
Passion for problem solving & continuous improvement. Good oral and written communication skills. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001, Basic statistical knowledge (Preferred) Green Belt Certification (Preferred) Candidate’s Profile Degree in Engineering/MCA/MBA with min 2-3 years of experience

Key responsibilities
- Be a change agent in bringing in data driven approach in problem solving & decision making process.
- Drive Six Sigma methodology in implementing Process & Quality improvements across the support functions.
- Develop matrices for measuring and monitoring processes in the respective function.
- Develop relevant tools, techniques, methods and modules on continual improvements.
- Active support in conducting RCAs and data analysis on problems.
- Periodic monitoring & control of Quality Management System.
- Periodic mentoring of GB projects, tracking progress and driving timely closure.
