Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention at Wayvida
- Plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across performance channels (search, social, email, referrals, etc.)
- For EdTech verticals, focus on acquiring and nurturing learners, educators, or institutions via webinars, demos, and conversion funnels
- For SaaS verticals, implement product-led growth strategies by optimizing onboarding, user journeys, and feature adoption
- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user feedback analysis
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvements
- Identify and execute lifecycle marketing and re-engagement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer LTV
- Explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channels, partnerships, and distribution models
- Own growth KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership with data-backed strategies and execution plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 5–7 years of proven experience in a growth, product, or performance marketing role, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
