Specialist - Fullstack (Java, Spring, React, Typescript) developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and building scalable systems using modern frameworks and cloud platforms. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to lead software projects and mentor teams in an Agile environment.

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with recent hands-on work in frontend and backend development
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular
• Strong backend development expertise with Node.js or Java (Spring Boot)
• Deep understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven ability to architect and explain complex systems (e.g., warehouse or retail platforms)
• Demonstrated experience leading software projects or teams in an Agile environment

Good to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
