Project Manager

TL;DR: Lead, plan, and manage multiple medical technology projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

2. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, regulatory affairs, and marketing, as well as external stakeholders.

3. Monitor project progress closely, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

4. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing status updates and reports to senior management.

5. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1+ years of proven work experience, preferably within tech industry.

2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

3. Familiarity or experience with the medical device development lifecycle is highly advantageous.

4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
