Senior Technology Engineer - CyberArk (Security Tools)
GSSTech Group
Role Overview
We’re not hiring someone to “manage CyberArk.” That’s basic.
This role is for someone who owns the CyberArk platform end-to-end — design, implementation, optimisation, and firefighting when things break in production.
You will be responsible for ensuring secure privileged access across enterprise systems, with strong focus on stability, scalability, and security compliance.

- Own end-to-end deployment of CyberArk components across on-premise and cloud environments
- Manage and optimise core components:
- Vault
- PVWA
- CPM
- PSM / PSMP
- AIM (CCP / CP)
- PTA
- Build and customise PSM/CP connectors using AutoIT and Selenium for complex applications
- Perform platform hardening across Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PSMP
- Act as L3 escalation point for production issues — deep troubleshooting across platform, integrations, and connectors
- Implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for CyberArk
- Ensure secure integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and infrastructure
- Work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and change management teams for releases and upgrades
- Support security compliance initiatives including audits and risk mitigation
