Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Finance (3–5 years’ experience) who is hands-on with bookkeeping, strong in fundamentals, and comfortable working in a structured yet fast-paced environment.

This role is execution-heavy, with a focus on accounting accuracy, compliance support, documentation discipline, and financial control. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure clean books, timely reporting, and strong financial hygiene.

Requirements

Where You Can Create Impact

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using tools like Zoho and Tally
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records and supporting documentation
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and reconciliations
  • Support taxation and audit-related workings (GST, TDS, basic compliance)
  • Maintain structured documentation and audit trails
  • Collaborate with internal teams for financial data, reporting, and queries
  • Contribute to process improvements in accounting and reporting workflows
  • Support MIS preparation, financial analysis, and product-level P&L (where applicable)

Requirements for the Role

Must Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Tally
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and audit processes
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping discipline
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Experience with MIS reporting and financial dashboards
  • Exposure to product P&L and financial analysis
  • Startup experience or fast-paced work environment exposure
