- Supervise compliance of CGMP, GxP and any other applicable regulatory requirement, including EH&S requirements.
- To ensure timely updation of all logbooks of Purified water systems of Block1, Block3, Block4, Quality Control and Potable Water system.
- To handle QAMS, EDMS, Caliber E-log related activities of engineering department. Allocation of Jobs to technicians and issuing of spares, if required from engineering stores.
- To perform HVAC revalidation as per planner.
- Operation and maintenance of HVAC System and Purified Water System.
- Raising of purchase indents for spares, Clearance of GRN.
- Preparation of GMP documents like Equipment qualification, SOPs etc. of HVAC System and Purified Water System.
- Preventive Maintenance of HVAC / Water system equipment as per schedule and WCOM of PM orders in SAP.
- To ensure sectional training compliance of workmen in CETMS.
- Shift Breakdown Maintenance.
