We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner Intern to become a member of our Human Resources team. This position involves assisting employees with essential HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The perfect candidate is proactive, detail-focused, and possesses excellent communication skills, with a strong passion for fostering both employee well-being and business success in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide support to employees in various HR functions

● Assist in managing performance evaluations and facilitating employee feedback

● Manage employee relations and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture

● Aid in payroll processing and other HR operational tasks

● Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR-related documentation

● Coordinate and assist with employee engagement programs and initiatives


Requirements:
● Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
● Demonstrated enthusiasm for building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
● Strong verbal and written communication abilities
● Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
